FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I offer one-to-one counselling sessions for adults of all ages and young people. Sessions are available in person and home visits- for clients in Worthing and surrounding areas. I also offer telephone and online counselling available to all, regardless of location. I am based right next to Worthing train station, and I offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to suit individual needs. Counselling can be short term or longer term, depending on what feels right for you.
Getting started is easy. Reach out through my contact form, or via phone or email . We can arrange a free 30 minute introductory call or communicate via email, depending on your preference. I typically reply within a few hours, and always within 24 hours and I will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
Your first session is a gentle introduction. We’ll talk about what’s brought you here and what you’re hoping for, at a pace that feels comfortable. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say — this is simply a calm, confidential space to begin exploring what you’re experiencing.

I combine a thoughtful, adaptable and individual approach tailored to your needs and goals. I bring lived experience in the areas I specialise in, which means I hold these topics with genuine care and a deeper understanding, alongside my professional training. My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter and more empowered.
Please also feel free to check out my Resources page, which features some of my favourite supportive websites you may find helpful on days when you want a little calming space.
Session costs and length
4
The cost of sessions is £50 for a 50 minute session. If you feel that you would like longer sessions, we can discuss this further when we speak.
I also offer concessions to people on limited incomes, benefits, OAP’s and students which can also be discussed when we speak. If you are on a limited income, please feel free to get in touch to discuss options, cost should not be a barrier to accessing support.
