I offer individual counselling sessions to adults of all ages and young people. Being integratively trained, I can draw on a blend of therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs, including person-centred therapy, CBT, Solution-focused brief therapy and compassion-focused therapy.
My approach is warm, steady, and down-to earth. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and explore what’s going on for you, at a pace that feels manageable. I believe that healing takes place when we feel truly understood.

Person-centred counselling is based on the belief that you are the expert in your own life. It offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, supported by a genuine trusting therapeutic relationship

Solution-focused brief therapy is a forward-looking approach that focuses on your strengths and the small steps that can move you toward the life you want. It looks at what’s already working and how you can build on your existing resource
🌻Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT looks at the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions. It can help you notice unhelpful patterns and gently experiment with new ways of responding to challenges. It is a practical, structured approach that supports you in developing tools to manage difficult emotions

Compassion-focused therapy helps you develop a kinder, more understanding relationship with yourself. It is especially helpful if you tend to be self-critical or find it hard to feel deserving of care. It focuses on soothing the nervous system and building a sense of inner safety and warmth
